New Client Consultations:
Welcome to ElectraSpa!
Consultations are required for all new clients. During your free consultation appointment you can expect to fill out new client paperwork (which is also available under the FORMS tab if you want to bring them prefilled), talk to a staff member about the services we offer, the process and discuss any and all questions or concerns you may have. We will also do a test patch of electrolysis to view your skin's reaction.
All first time/initial appointments are a maximum of 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.
All clients that require medical documentation and appointment/payment storage will be charged an extra $15.00 per appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
A 24 hour cancellation is required for all services of 60 minutes or less, 48 hour cancellation required for all services exceeding an hour. Failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of $20.00 or ½ of the scheduled services fee, whichever is higher.
If you No Call / No Show, or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged in full and must pay this balance prior to your next appointment.
